This is a problem with CEOs in small companies and audits. I have dealt with this before with several other companies where they try to give a deadline on an audit and the problem is they should not because they are not in control...... with BMXI I agree it's taking way too long for the audit to be approved. Changing accountants and the extended time. Yes, red flags are up, let's see what happens.

I agree, I've talked to several people about the audit and management issues. a lot of balls being juggled in mid air. If profits stay the same, and there's a special dividend that will regain some trust with investors in my opinion. Marketing and investors relation needs to be expanded in many different avenues.
