Yup and you did right. That ranch project seems like fairly tales dream anyways. The CEO said it, 10 years minimum to get things marching normal, who is going to pay for all that expenses? Shareholders of course. Frustrated is an understatement, he shall be embarrassed as well. Seems like that may be the best answer. Which it was loaded T2-T4 it looks like. Then it could just be a walk down. Have not followed closely enough lately to have a real opinion. Amazing how these things fall and the SS does not reflect dilution :)
