Most companies that are delisted never make it back to public trading. There are very few exceptions. Cape Systems (CYSG) is one. They were delisted a while back and they are currently working on be re-listed and should be trading again by the end of the year. But the examples are few and far between...

No joy in being right, that's for sure.
A relative once sold me 15,000 revoked shares for a dollar so he could take a tax writeoff. This was years ago. About a year ago I found out the guy who ran my relatives shares into the ground was none other than Thomas Makmann, who seems to have a real talent for destroying public companies and was the CEO of KLDO before Ron T.

regarding your chances of reregistration, the following link will show all the revoked companies as of late. I am not aware of any that have resumed trading.

chances of reregistering are very slim. you should still be able to take the tax loss at year end, but consult with your tax person for the particulars.

technically, you can still trade your shares in a private transaction. practically, that is very difficult. however, in one recently revoked issue the folks are saying that they have been making private transactions. I have strong doubts that they are but you might want to check out the following thread and ask around.

your shares won't be "taken away". it will just show a value of zero. if the company wants to and if they can successfully do it, they could reregister. until then, you own shares in a private company.

you don't have to do anything. it may take your broker a few days to reflect the change, but it will show a zero dollar value for kldo.
