Sold all my shares after this thing started moving up a few months ago....don't know Martin....plus FPWM is not listed as a Shell according to it's latest filings....

Do u know Martin and or were u an insider. Also does the co. have a future or will an existing co.be put into the shell?

By law, like THC, you won’t find CBD in U.S. spirits bottlings currently, although federal guidelines are currently under revision/review. Plenty of bars are now adding CBD oil to cocktails, despite a crackdown by regulators in some areas where it’s still illegal to use in food and drink....................

Note: Most of these bottlings have limited distribution. ......plus they have very low THC content .........so the hemp is not making you high just the alcohol....
Plus early this year Charlestowne put out a PR about the company buying a distillery in South America plus pumping what they expect will happen positively in the future (pump).....so early this year the price shot up to 9.00 for a day or two and quickly came back down to where we are now.....all has been quiet since then ...except for some recent filings.....

Why isn't the co. making the Vodka. Why did the co. run and crash, very strange.

Sounds like he just did not want to say very much....I'm sure he can't ......
This is what has been filed so far........2021 Annual report and first quarter 2022 ...including lawyer letter.......but still Caveat Emptor.................may be something wrong with filings that need to be fixed........2nd quarter is not actually due yet

Great time to get aboard. Spoke with Martin today and he sounds positive. Visiting their Charleston office next week on trip up north. With caveat, can't buy until he gets the company filings in order.

Well This stock is still Caveat Emptor until OTC clears it....hard to buy a stock stuck with Caveat Emptor......it should change in the next few days.....then all hell will break loose.....just last year this stock hit $9.00 .....now at 7 cents .....

Indeed... I tried to buy a small position here a while back and my order did not fill yet with a $2.00 purchase I'm up 39,000% LOL I wish my order did fill...

This stock is Caveat Emptor come the end of September it will be dead in the water............I'm sure the company made their money when this hit 9.00 a while back....sure they dumped a bus load of shares and walked away to the bank.............

$FPWM working its way back up again slowly after the dump off a couple of days ago. Good to see

$FPWM keeps going and going and... up 1000%+ now since 2/16, very nice, quietly and methodically moving up!

It truly is AMAZING!

I used to be in this shell. I sold it all. I don't see any filings or news or any chatter out there. I wonder what it's all about. And you are righit. The float is very small.

AVNI has an even smaller float than this. I'm waiting for the same. That's an empty shell with only 4M shares total and a float of about 800,000 shares. Miniscule!

Now, I don't know if it's safe to jump in here. This could go to $10. Or $20. Or fall back down. I just don't know. I'm staying sidelined. They could reverse a foward split, which I always wanted on the record here. I just got tired of waiting that Marty guy to do something.

About $7,533 in revenue less about $3300 in costs for a small profit of $4,233. That was long accumulation but nto worth it. This company is pure amateurish. I don't like Marty. He just jacks around on Twitter. The float is obviously much higher than it used to be, and he isn't making any noise. Isn't hiring any professionals. Dragging his feet.

Still a good return if compounded, but I was expecting much more. Such a dissappointment.

The only good thing, that money was shielded from Covid. Now to put it to better work. Good luck to all. I hope the pump comes one day for y'all. This is an example of negligent marketing to me.

Getting some good volume here for a change.

11,000 shares is good for this stock. It was 5,000 shares traded yesterday. Perhaps something is on the horizon. I'd like to see that approval they were waiting on Finra soon.

I still want to see a 10 for 1 forward split in the near future. That would make for some interesting psychology and liquidity. Just wishful thinking there, but I don't think it's an unreasonable expectation.

Things are moving slowly for my expectations. I'm ready for the action and the show to begin.

Although while this is my favorite part of the PR:

That's not going to do anything if they keep shooting blanks. Nobody is listening, Charlestowne. You have to get somebody with a following. You have to spend money to make money. You can't just get a twitter account and hire the cheapest amateurs in town.

Such great physics, such poor communication. I don't know what's so hard to understand about hiring a competent marketer.

I hope that's true. We have a very low float here. And there was a filing a few days ago as they get closer to finalizing all their compliance issues I think. I'd like to see this shoot to $3.00 soon. One of the few rising stocks in the world.
