That stock has a much smaller OS, 2 million vs 2 billion unrestricted shares for TWOH, and it hit 78 very, very briefly then went downhill from there to a low of 14 bucks and is around 25 now. looks like a pump and dump chart.

These guys have issue after issues... Wrong website in both PR's... They have a problem with edgarizing SEC docs with all those odd characters. A second PR with little new info. It's like they didn't want to go another week without saying something, and why wasn't the previous PR posted to OTCMarkets as well? Is this supposed to be it?
