Because I believe fortune favors the insiders of companies, Wall Street and politicians. I think he's going to purposely have the opportunity to buy in much cheaper than the recent trading range. Craig Marshak has put together some of the biggest mergers and deals. Ebay 600 million dollar deal and many more. I don't think hes touched any deals less 100 million. Can't under estimate his involvement here.

Thankfully, because of the dual listing on the CSE, the shareholders were allowed to vote on the RS, and voted against it...if another proposal for a RS is filed it will again be dependant on shareholder approval, one of another of many reasons why this stock is special

What do I care if they reverse split if I can squeeze out a 15-50x run before it happens? That's my gamble here. Play it however you want.

For sure and the chronic Reverse Splits in NUKK should tell anyone that it’s coming here very soon.

This is an Ideal setup, IMO! That's primarily because we have a stealth management who already knows how to execute a reverse merger successfully, for themselves and shareholders.

Plus, I am quite confident that many traders here know the significant difference in share structure here compared to NUKK$. I already posted about that a couple of weeks ago. But the situation is even better now with the current share price.

The last thing on my mind is that we run to $78 per share without share restructuring, but that means nothing to me right now. I'm simply thinking about the probability of a successful reverse merger which is good as I as ever recall.

For me, with this management team, the odds of a successful reverse merger are well over 98% . I find it like investing in a top tier blue chip stock except we get the added bonus of potential many multiples of our money in a short period of time.

When I calculated an equivalent run of NUKK$, but using our share structure, it was 6.3 cents. Or, if it ran to a higher market cap of $500 million, it was around 17 cents.

So think about it...a stealth experienced management team taking us on a equivalent market cap run would provide an 18x gain from $0.0035 to $0.063! Or at 17 cents, that would be 48.6 times your money.

That's why I keep shifting more money here as my other plays in the trips and doubles seem less likely to be able to reverse merge in a high caliber company.

A reverse split only hurts when the stock comes way back down afterwards. That won't happen here especially if it happens way up to get on nasdaq. I t would be fine imo.

So the CEO put up a Reverse Split vote and it was voted down. The CEO supposedly bought all these shares. Did he buy “all these shares” so that now he can get the Reverse Split to go through by owning just enough shares to have a majority vote.
His last company that everyone is pumping has had 2 reverse splits recently.
Common sense might tell you something.

NUKK has 5 million shares now.

On Stocktwits, read multiple posts there about how tsnp reversed split and Twoh must RS since the market cap would be too high. I am ignoring all of that.

I picked up 37's, 35's and 34's.

Odds are certainly far better now, than they were two and a half weeks ago at the high, for a pre-market Monday news surprise. It's possible.

Experienced CEO's, like we have here, know the importance of keeping investors in the loop. Even if they just want to feed us a small bone for now, the charts and the timing are very reasonable for another shot of news.
