As of the conference Jan 5th, CEO said they were finishing 2024 audit, Q3 was complete and Q4 was being worked on. As of today, Q4 could be complete, or will be soon, then we have 4-8 weeks to prep filings for submission.

Chinese New Year has nothing to do with the stock. The Vietnamese only deal with the Lunar Calendar and superstitions in their personal lives. They use our calendar for business, even in Vietnam. Furthermore, the time constraints on completing an audit is 1-3 months per quarter. Once audit is complete, it takes another 4-8 weeks to prep filings for submission. Be surprised if you see us go current before annuals are due 3/31.

Just curious why you think those are the accurate numbers? On IBKR they show the bid and ask on expert market. Currently is bid 5,200,000 at .0002 and ask is 20,000 at .0005 (mm's often hide their size on unsolicited stocks in 10,000 increments)

There has been no merger yet, that is not speculation. Articles of Merger need to be filed with Wyoming SoS and that hasn't happened yet. 12 months trading doesn't start until Hahalolo company operations get inserted into the shell with those Articles and fins are submitted and profile updated and verified with OTCM. None of that is speculation.
