If they are the owners and operators of FMCPAY AND PAYNETCOIN I would be willing to bet they have may be holding bitcoin. If that’s the case their revenue and net worth increased a lot. PAYNET coin has doubled in the last month

Just think of them as redeemable coupons that will be exchanged for the public company shares at a later date. The contract for the private shares explicitly states the private shares cannot be sold until 6 months after they are listed on Nasdaq.

Why private shares if they are going public?

There is no "new company" to reflect. They are working to increase systems capacity so the site doesn't crash with a massive influx of people signing up for Hahalolo private shares

According to Hahalolo Invest, "The maintenance is expected to be completed by November 22. 2024." In my opinion, they have been rebuilding the website, the last eight days, to reflect the new company.

Think you can assume they're just revamping for Vietnamese people to buy their private shares at an increased rate. Dancing with the stars in Vietnam airs Saturday. Voting for contestants will be done on Soctrip and Ziichat. The investing portal should see a large increase in traffic. Probably won't get any reveal from the investment portal.

why we are talking about extensions if they filed on 11/15 ?

For your information, a five day extension is for Quarterly Reports (NT-10Q), and a 15 day extension is for Annual Reports (NT-10K).

I was wondering that myself I was talking to someone else on Stocktwits about this as well. We are hoping that on 11/30/24 we get updated financials to hopefully get this out of EM. The person I was talking to was thinking that 15 days is like an extension to get financials ready but most of the time 5 days is the extension time. I am not sure what to think myself but at least things are getting updated as we wait. Plus, that Hahalolo website is down until Nov 22 maybe when it goes back up we can get something from it that this might be coming out of EM soon. If nothing happens on the 30th of Nov I guess we are in for a longer wait. Here is a link to the post I saw on X about the Hahalolo webpage being down until Nov 22nd.

Just goes to show you lack of resistance with $FBEC stock price. In my opinion, when this stock goes back to pink current, it will run faster than a jack rabbit with its tail on fire. I see it moving in increments of pennies, not trips! Hahalolo is going to be a big fish in the pond.

Wyoming is the public shell formerly known as FBEC that they are using to go public. It's pretty much the entire deal...lol so yes, it's in play.

They may be referring to a non-traditional process when they say "IPO" i.e. they may be using that term in a broad sense, rather than referring to a traditional IPO. This is semantics. I'm not an expert, as my signature suggests these are all just my opinions. Regardless of the semantics, if they want to call it an "IPO" when they're really doing an RTO followed by an uplist to Nasdaq, that's fine with me. Yeah, if you are unfamiliar with IPO categories, you might say that. Frankly, a Reverse Takeover is one of many IPOs companies can undertake. So, to your statement "IPO not the same as RTO + uplisting" absolutely...Yes it is. The biggest issue i see in this business is that individuals fail to recognize the difference between everything that an IPO is and can be, and the colloquial usage of the term "IPO". An Initial Public Offering can happen in a multitude of ways, a Reverse Merger (RM) a Reverse Takeover (RTO), a Direct Listing, a Dutch Auction, and the commonly known "Traditional IPO" etc. The problem comes in when we deal with the term "IPO" because it is both a blanket term, but also colloquially used for a "Traditional IPO".

I already commented on the NQ stuff previously. IPO not the same as RTO + uplisting. Anyway, I give them the benefit of the doubt. Just hoping they file for OTC current and they have good numbers. That’s all we need here to wake up and see a nice move.
