Dissolving the Canadian Corp will by default dissolve the US listing. 

True but that posting is for a Canadian Co. not an American Co, the company is based in the US. What recourse do the Canadians have if Twoh ignores those regs and dissolves the corp? Nothing. They can not enforce any fines on a US co. JMHO.

Management needs to dissolve the Canadian corp and end this horse and pony show with a delisting from this scam exchange. Then there is no reason to halt the trading in the OTC. Simple as that. JMHO.

If it wasn't applicable then there would be no date on that line, it would be blank or have "not applicable".

Thats the "record date". That means those that hold TWOH stock on that date are eligible to vote. The actual vote is not till March 31, 2025.

FINRA and Canada have an agreement as I posted before. "May choose" means they could deviate from it, but they very rarely do, if ever. I could not find an example where they did.

If you know how to read word for word the FINRA ruling, it says "may choose" as it was no guarantee.

$0 doesn't make sense, as it indicates a worthless stock, as in $.000001. I don't see what he can come up with as an answer. It can only be a reporting mechanism in their system. It can't change the fact that .0012 was the last price reported when the halt took place.

Schwab is reporting the price inaccurately. It is STILL .0012.
