American Uranium Corporation (PINK SHEETS: ACUC) ("American" or the "Company") has this day completed the sale of its interest in the Pine Tree-Reno Creek Property in Wyoming, USA.

Under the terms of the Agreements announced in August of 2009 the Company has been paid US$2,000,000, of which US$1,000,000 was paid in cash and $1,000,000 was paid through the issuance of 1,833,455 common shares of Bayswater Uranium Corporation. All common shares of the Company issued to American have a four month hold period expiring August 8, 2010.
