I don't think it's necessary to submit filings that far back, since they filed a Form 15. They may just need these two annuals, the most recent year's quarterly reports and an attorney letter/supplemental info. I'm not completely sure though. This is just based on observations of some other non-SEC filers that have gone from Expert to Pink Current.

Will they have to file "all" the missing years since 2009 to become current?

This shell has some time.
No filings or atty letter to even get Pink limited to buy.
Then the discharge.

Control can be bought at any time. It's just not going to trade. It's a sweet shell regardless. I'll be watching it too.

These are tough.
Look at TR&RI with a 450k float. Impossible to bid sit and who wants to fall on that sword for lotto shares?

But there are ways to get shares. Just take patience and how you are set up on the spread.

This play may be too small, but I could see them increasing the OS. Start to move away from billion OS plays 50-300m OS is where you should be.

Will not be liquid and the spread will be huge.

But I sure they will trade from time to time.
