Financial Report has been out for a while and I hear no comments.

Because what you are pointing out is worthless.

There are numerous red flags everywhere.

A couple of things to point out:

(1) These are unaudited financials. They are essentially worthless.

(2) He can say whatever he wants but that doesn't mean anything. It's just talk. What it has always been.

(3) He purchased a hemp brand/distribution company for $750,000. If this is accurate numbers, it makes absolutely no sense.

(4) There are so many Series B shares outstanding is not even funny. I believe the number is 32,000 +. The dilution that has to follow is big.

(5) There's no real business sense here.

This is turning into the classic "biotech scheme" in the OTC. A company worth absolutely nothing starts "purchasing" all these other companies.

Stocks rise on revenues. Revenues need to be exceptionally high here because of the amount of shares outstanding. Making $30,000 in revenue isn't going to lift this stock. And not much else will.

It's a dead-end company with a massive lawsuit still waiting for an outcome. And in my personal opinion it doesn't look good for MF/CIGN.

Indeed. Not a long enough time for me. So many more shares need to either drop, go to unrestricted or be converted from Series B.

The worst is yet to come.

According to SEC Rule 144, the holding period for restricted stock in a non-SEC filer (a company that does not file reports with the SEC) is one year before it can be publicly sold; meaning you must hold the restricted stock for at least a year before selling it on the market.

Outstanding shares went up by 10 million.

The shares are restricted for now. Let's see how long they last there until they become unrestricted.

There are so many red flags here I don't know where to start. 🤣

(1) How in the world would a crappy penny stock be able to afford to "acquire" FreddyCo, LLC and it's brand "Rope?" Or any company for that matter. It makes no sense. There is no way he can keep "acquiring" all these companies the last 4 years. It's the classic penny stock company scheme.

(2) If one would actually look closer at the TryRope.com website you will see that the company is located in NORTH CAROLINA and NOT NEW JERSEY. The phone number listed on the website is New Jersey. It is also listed for a store called NovaCBD in New York. In fact, there is another number associated with the website on one of their social media pages.

(3) All TryRope.com's social media presence have 0 posts and 0 followers yet they have been around for numerous years?

(4) Miami FL Distribution was created in 2023 yet they have a wide distribution network through out the US? Actually, no they don't. They don't even have a website nor any information on themselves.

I thought this was a biotech? This is not a biotech if he is acquiring a distribution company and a hemp brand company.

Has it been a year yet since the CE came off? it's truly comical he hasn't done anything of substance in all these years.

Fluff PR today, lol. It's actually quite comical at this point.

Before he took over the ticker, the AS were 10 billion already. This was increased by C.L Morris in October of 2020. Two months before Feldenkrais took over.

Then he reduced the 10 billion back to 5 billion last year in June. Only to increase it again shortly after that to 10 billion.

In reality, it was basically always 10 billion.

Either he reported it, they found out, or there was a glitch for many years on the OTC Markets website.

I'm going with the first.

I think some share dumping is in the near future.

This was pointed out before this even came off CE over a year ago. He snuck it into some other FL biz state filing and he never updated the TA.

1. There is no company called FreddyCo, LLC in the SOS Florida database.
2. Miami FL Distribution has no website or any other information that I could find. They were incorporated in 2023.
3. RM Management Group is called RM Viera. Here is the website: https://rmviera.com/. Website is incredibly generic and only says "we specialize in taking companies public, raising capital, and a roadmap to success." Not sure what this "company" actually does or why CATV needs it.
4. Feldenkrais claims for the GeneScape platform:

For the first time, patients using cannabis will be able to choose products that directly address
their medical conditions, thanks to our Medical Predictions, eliminating the guesswork of trying
products that may not effectively treat their symptoms.

Not really true. There are databases that have this information already. Plus, many studies have already been done on what helps what. Not only that but once you have a strain (or product) of hemp/marijuana that is indicative to a potential ailment there isn't much need for consumers to keep using the service.

I'm also not sold on this whole idea. Without a detailed, technical and peer-reviewed paper it just doesn't mean much.

More useless "acquisitions" and "partnerships." More dilution. Same old "biotech" scheme.

I would like to hear it.

Humor, at this point, would be a bright spot in whatever is left of this thing we call a "for-profit organization."

In case he doesn't supply one, I will:

He took a job so he can be closer to the patent agency for all the intellectual works CATV is going to produce. Then when he has built up all these "patent filings" we will have an "economic moat" around "cannabis research" and start the process of developing these "life changing inventions."

The usual "penny stock biotech" speech.

As I have said before, you don't go from someone saying they are running a U-Pick Hemp weekend event 4 years ago to now being a cannabis biotech. A real biotech is a serious business.

There are still people who claim to talk to him, and he says all these positive things. He was saying these things to people in November of last year when the CE came off. Look where this thing is. It's almost a year now.

Now that I think about it that probably should have been a bigger red flag then some of the other ones.

It appears that there is a new docket for a deposition on December 20th. That means the trial will not be till next year with Fluent.

Which means, I believe, nothing with this "company."

On another note, the responses from Fluent on the main arguments have been nothing short of very good.

The main argument posed by Feldenkrais is that there was no contamination on the site when Fluent was there. However, the Plaintiff's (CIGN/MF) own "expert witness" that testified never disputes the fact that heavy metals were present on the site. Talk about a huge laugh.

Even worse, the whole argument for the Plaintiff's "non-contaminated" facility from the "expert witness" is the semantics of the word "contaminated." Which Fluent is trying to throw out. It's absolutely absurd.

He also confirms that the metrics he uses for determining whether the site meets his particular definition of “contaminated” are completely unrelated to the standards for human inhalation or ingestion or any standards specific to medical marijuana cultivation.

In my opinion, Fluent absolutely squashes every argument made by CIGN/MF.

I think Fluent has a stronger position. As I have always said.

And in other (somewhat related) news, the trial date for Vaccaro, Ruggeri and Berlly that had been scheduled for 9/30/24 has been postponed again. No new date has been set.

I can neither confirm nor deny I speak from experience.

As for this "company," he's just waiting on the Fluent lawsuit to end. There's nothing else he can do at this point. Everything from here on out is junk with sprinkles of lies and useless PR's.

If and when Fluent wins, this ticker will be over. The trial was set to begin in the last days of September but now that has disappeared from the docket. I imagine it's not too far off from there though.

If he really wanted to run a successful hemp/cannabis company, he would have done so. He just won't/can't.

$500,000 convertible note to Genetic Networks for their "screening platform." How pathetic. And we have no idea what the terms of the contract nor conversion is.

His new "business idea" now is:

First of all, what is "add date?" What does it mean to "add date" to CCA's that will give it predictive medical use?

Second of all, this is not a huge advancement of the medical cannabis industry. This is nothing more than labeling a certain strain of marijuana (or cannabis product) for a certain "possible medical intervention."

This has already been done before and is being advanced by other companies. There are literally databases that have this information on many cannabis related products.

Third of all, there is nothing unique that other entrepreneurs can't do to compete. There are numerous screening platforms out there.

I don't know which is worse, when he said he uses "machine learning" for cannabis analytics 4 years ago or this. Is this just another ploy?
