Some do, most don't because of the PL designation.
If Ben files the MC, then PC is reestablished and all brokers allow buys.

The spread will remain wide for several reasons IMHO,

Many shares are held by tight hands betting on a big payday,
FOMO is at play, we have all been there, you sell @ .05, and almost immediately a rabbit gets pulled out of the hat and you gawk as you see bid $1.50 ask $1.75 😂,
With many unable to buy the MM algo can play around at will.

Bottom line is, if one believes the I-R ratio of 91/9 odds of success, whether you pay .0665 or .10 now is irrelevant considering we have a previous high of $2.48 to work with
This play is a pure hit or miss, all depends on the Judge, my bet is hit, but please keep in mind that i am delusional

FWIW, better to be in at .10 as its flies to $$, instead of banging your head on the wall for allowing FEAR to talk you out of a position, after all we are talking about nickels and dimes..IMHO

Well, the annual was filed which says a lot, imho...
Maybe the MC has been filed, but we all know the incompetence of Otcmarkets, imho...

Either way, without a positive ruling, any/all filings are moot.

If anyone has Berry's ear, maybe they can ask him if the MC was filed.

I would buy there too, and certainly at these prices.

Ben cannot come out and say with 100% certainty that all can be resolved, since the final decision is Judge Zurn's.
Think of it as a "we seek safe harbor" statement that appears in many PR's/filings.

As i stated earlier, if it was a definite NO, the Judge would have closed the file once and for all today, and not waste anymore court time/resources.
I stand by my odds;

IMHO folks, this was the 2nd best outcome today(the 1st being active status).The fact that Judge Zurn is still providing the opportunity to Synergy to rectify everything, tells me that it will get done.
If there was no chance, she would have closed the file once and for all, sparing the courts time and resources...

I fully agree w Papes and IR.

She has a history with granting custodianship to Mr. Berry and Synergy. This sounds like the sort of glitch that many companies leave behind when they close up shop. Morale is usually quite low at that point and few people have the resolve to wrap things up properly having dotted all the "i" a and crossed all the "t"s .

And from the last annual report it seems clear that The Data Source had the opportunity to take care of all of this but failed to act .
(We know the CEO of the Data Source was incompetent, under -financed or both...and trying to resolve any issues from a foreign country like England probably did not make anything any easier.)

While I do not know Mr. Berry personally, it seems he is compelled to resolve this...as he asks that we "stay tuned."

Stay tuned I shall. Our odds remain very favorable. this kind of issue is hardly insurmountable. it simply must be done properly....for the sake of everyone involved .

Per IR: 90/10. I think maybe even better.

In my opinion, should be very solid case, especially from shareholder perspective & other $CLHI related shell decisions by DE SOS past several years. There is a precedence.
