Thank you for checking the calendar. Disappointing, but I'm looking forward to this being resolved soon.  Seems like others are as well, given the price movement!

It was to be expected....Hopefully everything will be passed on before 31/1 OTC shares so that shares can be bought again.

When $CLHI plummeted several yrs ago it gapped down big time intraday and day over day after a more smooth transition on the uptrend. 

My thoughts... this is due for massive gaps up WHEN & IF news breaks and word gets out to the masses 😉. 

BOTTOM LINE:  LOAD & HOLD $CLHI BEFORE IT FLIES.

Most OTC buyers are stupid only 5% of the people that play these stocks make any money they buy runs and they don’t get in early like we did. We’re gonna really make some money here. It’s obvious by the lack of selling that this is going where it is.

Not doing this to influence. Been in this stock for years.  Started searching where this was in the system, searched the judge (based on previous posts by others), came up with this info, shared to the group.  Nothing more, nothing less.  If someone has more info, please go ahead and post accordingly so we can all benefit from it.

Yes, keep watching the Delaware Chancery Docket. 
This will take off. 
I'm not a "hyper."  I believe in this company and what it can become with the right fit.

This is the BEST risk/reward play on the entire OTC, imho.....Hence the speculative buying IMHO

The junk from Auckland NZ(which i used to post about) is on the EM for a reason 😂 as an example of other OTC POS 😂

It appears that chancery only provides schedules for upcoming week by later in week before, and it is always subject to change.  It is an excel file that is hyperlinked.
I expect to see upcoming case docket by Friday am.  
I only started following this last week

They are not on the docket up to the 27th, the following weeks calendar will be released any day now.

Look up Delaware Chancery Court - they display a schedule of cases to be heard, weekly.

How do you know it's coming up next week????Or is that speculation on your part?
