It is pathetic that AABB investors complain about no "DD" being brought to this board by skeptics....and then it turns out that they have not read the reports the company itself issued.

Why do you suppose the drilling being done by AABB was shut down in mid-hole? Why did they not bother with the normal QA/QC? Why no geologist overseeing the drilling? Why did they piss off the local villagers - that doesn't sound smart.

And what junior explorer would pay $10 million for a 100,000 ton silver prospect averaging 3 oz/ton? That would be incredibly dumb, wouldn't it?

You are correct; there will be no buyers of the Bonanza at $10 million. If you had read the Micon report, you'd know that they never said the property had $10 million in mineral value. Micon knows better than to say something so stupid, but of course, AABB was quick to say it along with the usual pumpers and promoters.

The SEC does not even allow valuations of in-ground mineralization, you will never see a legit miner say something as unethical (and possibly illegal if they are an SEC-registrant) like that.

If it takes $11 million to mine $10 million in minerals, the mineral value of the concession is actually negative. That's why companies do feasibility studies.

That statement is not very logical. A mineral rights lease has a long life, and there is mutuality to terminate the lease. The landowner can buy back the lease. But, I would expect that there will be no buyers, if the land produces only $10 million, less drilling and extraction costs and labor, and taxes etc

Since you have all that figured out, maybe download the Micon report and educate yourself on just how shitty the Bonanza prospect is.

I don't think you read the Micon report. I think you're lying because you didn't know how to download it off the AABB website. Remember, your grandkid is a good resource for you in all things high tech. Buy them a new video game in return for their help.

Anyway, did you catch these facts from the report?

1) The drilling they did was in violation of some kind of permit, or lack of permits. They were shut down mid-drill hole.
2) They didn't bother with the normal QAQC protocol that professional junior explorers always do (if they want to be taken seriously).
3) They didn't bother having a professional geologist with direct on-site supervision of the drilling.
4) They didn't do any geophysics.
5) They apparently pissed off the locals somehow. That doesn't bode well for future work out there.
6) The land title is in question, some funny business apparently going on.
7) The gold value of the Bonanza Mine is insignificant. It is a silver mine, but a very small one. The tonnage is barely over 100,000 tons, at a cutoff of 3 oz/ton silver.

And now, AABB is supposedly selling the Bonanza. More likely they defaulted on the terms of their lease, and have been booted off the property by the concession owner. Oh well, it sold a bunch of shares for them, it was worth the money spent.
