What is going on with this company?

The liquidity has been sucked outta cnrc. It would be hard pressed to find a stock shorted down this badly and recover. The only thing that has me scratching my head is why they haven't killed this company. I got to the finra website they are trading shares short it costs money to do so. There are trillions in the market of securities sold not yet purchased no real shares. Look at the big companies like Microsoft,Tesla, Nvidia and so on its scary

WDHI was spun off from HNRC (CNRC) The reason we were given WDHI is because we owned it already before it was spun off. At the moment we have received nothing from WDHI. If we never do, I believe that would be fraud. CNRC has also been diluted to the point of having almost no value. If WDHI becomes tradeable and maintains a fair price then that would help many recoup their investment. IMO CNRC has been diluted far beyond a reasonable level. What it ultimately ends up at will determine just how liable the company is and just how much they were really trying to increase shareholder value. It would be nice to have a clear list as to what CNRC and WDHI actually own as of today.

I'll say it again. The wdhi dividend was completed May 2023. That money is gone poof like a fart in the wind. The scam was set in motion when the date extended to buy hnrc to get the divy. It was pure money grab IMHO

Financial Results: Twelve Months December 31, 2024 vs Twelve Months December 31, 2023

Total revenue for twelve months was $ 20,061,402 vs $ 21,117,265, a decrease of 5.2 %.

Total earnings for twelve months were $10,892,174 vs $ 11,501,687, a decrease of 5.5 %.

Earnings per share for twelve months were $ 0.03 per share.

The company has a net asset value of $ 0.18 per share as of December 31, 2024.
The company is focused on traditional oil and gas opportunities and energy transition materials including mining opportunities in copper, lithium, gold, as well as other precious and rare earth metals. The highlights of the company's achievements in 2024 are outlined below.

The company completed its name change to Cunningham Natural Resources Corp and a symbol change to CNRC;

The company completed an asset spinoff dividend to shareholders of Worldwide Diversified Holdings, Inc. ("WDHI") a majority owned subsidiary of CNRC and has filed for listing of the shares to be traded on the OTC Markets in the first quarter of 2025. The company is working with a potential market maker to file the required Form 211, under Rule 15c2-11 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, to commence trading. CNRC portfolio company Cunningham Mining Ltd has announced that its Nugget Trap Gold Token (RWA Token) (NGTG + NGTG$$) is now listed on more than nine different exchanges, including a new listing on BitMart (www.bitmart.com). BitMart Exchange is a global digital assets trading platform with over 2.2 million users worldwide, daily trading volume of more than $4 Billion and is one of the top ten exchanges.

CNRC owns 9% of Cunningham Mining Ltd and its ownership in the token is now valued, on a fully diluted basis, at approximately USD $0.42 per share of CNRC. Hey denn55. I knew this was in trouble when they extended the sell of hnrc to get the wdhi dividend. I've said that many times go to finra website see all the shares sold short and failures to deliver on real shares. This is a POS penny stock look what they've done to Nvidia, Tesla, Amgen, Amazon and so on. The crooks on Wall Street have sold trillions of dollars with no real shares on the entire market. It's like having a title to one car and selling it millions of times and not making good on the delivery....

They are wearing me down. I expected much more by now.
