DND Technologies Inc (PK) (DNDT) News

For whatever reason, I've noticed an increase in bidding for this dark/delinquent ticker lately. Someone got filled 100K shares yesterday @ .0345, and now 100K back on the bid @ .0345 again....hmm.

I wouldn't expect reinstatement alone to bring any interest in this, going to need a name change or filings first.

And quiet again

I see, guess some other reinstatement players caught it as well as this is the most volume I have seen here in eons.

I really just follow RAFA and DNDT for old times sake, interesting that both have been recently reinstated, after doing nothing for a long time. Be curious to see what they are doing with this, if I recall correctly, this never really traded much after the r/s they did a several years ago.

It hit my scanner today.

I just saw the volume out of the blue and checked the SOS, figured there had to be a reason someone was buying, been following this for ages and rarely ever see any volume.

Somehow, this very thinly traded stock keeps moving up. I keep wondering when news will break. It is been a long dry spell, and something must be happening behind the scenes.

Most likely just regular action due to being undervalued but you never know, PR could easily come soon.

Hey Mom, Hope you did not invest too much here. Not a good stock to be in.. Your picks seem not so good. Might check out the ones on the most posted, breakout boards, or ticker buzz cloud. Short term plays for 30-40% gains.. That is, if you are into flipping stocks, otherwise check out EWSI for long term..GLTY

OK, I just wish they knew how to make money like the guy who ran for President. Maybe Romney is out of work and looking for a position, and I can bet he could find a way to help his shareholder make a little cash. We could use some of his talent at DNDT

I believe so but not 100% sure, most of those who took over DNDT and JAQC/RAFA are located in the Salt Lake,UT area and Mormons.

I recall reading one time that when Brannelly went to Russia, to visit the Rafarma plant, a bunch of the Russian woman had the hots for him because he was 'good looking' and didn't drink alcohol at all....lol.

If they can manage to pull that off it would be impressive, however, DNDT management hasn't exactly shown us much in the way of business acumen thus far.

Speaking of Russian's, what if Hyamatrix creator, Ramil Rakhmatullin, became the new CEO of DNDT, now that would make this a hell of a lot more interesting to me for sure, seems highly unlikely though.

No doubt the board of directors has been racking their brains and agonizing for weeks...months even...trying to come to a decision who will become the illustrious CEO of DND Technologies. That is not a decision that can be taken lightly.

Why on Earth is this change of control taking so long? This isn't exactly some global conglomerate, it's a stinky 'Pink' with 1 or 2 part time employees....lol.
