Even if we have another great quarter and revenue/earning surpass 20mil, the stock will most likely go down to .45, why? It’s been the trend with other stocks after their quarter has been given.

Any talk of buy out, or uplisting will bring unwanted attention to the Mikah financial conflict. Investigation by SEC would be INEVITABLE....who knows what that could do to the PPS. Not to mention what the consiquences
might be for the company......not good

With Adderall we already have as we are among the lowest priced at pharmas. Will be interesting to see where Vyvanse is priced compared to other generics. We'll know soon enough. 

The DEA gave 24% more quota to Takeda because they were DESPERATE to fix the shortage situation - but with Elite coming with a new API supplier, they must have given him a big quota too as the whole purpose of generics is to reduce the cost for the patients.

Things that nasrat might say for $800, Ken: "Don't look at the share count " !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did see how in September the DEA gave Takeda 24% MORE Branded Vyvanse quota to compensate on the generic shortage. That actually provided more competition for Elite, it Day'Um sure does not benefit Elite. nor does it imply Elite will get more quota !!!!!!!

Let's not sit back and bury our heads in the sand on the share count, would you not agree that the dilution should STOP ???? We need Less Shares not more .............

Tell nasrat shareholders do not want to see anymore dilution, I'm sure he will understand that... Dilution hurts EVERY SHAREHOLDER EXCEPT THE SHAREHOLDER WHO RECEIVES THE SHARES OF DILUTION !!!!!!!

No body is lowering the price of their generics as long as we are in a shortage.

Not sure where you are going, but the figures Nasrat quoted were an annualization of the market at time of launch, not a significantly old figure. 

As long as it is in a market shortage it may not change much. When was the first genericIR and ER adderall approved ?? If its been along time, most have already moved to a generic.

When we cut the market in half, 3% isn't a huge tailwind. It's a stable market.

We are certainly on a solid path. I'm excited about the new facility and Vyvanse traction. 2025 has the potential to be such an awesome year. Looking forward to hearing to cc in couple weeks and then get past the long waiting period for Q4 cc end of June. 

Any strategic move to shift to Nasdaq absolutely must be paired with an IR strategy. Nasrat or Diane would go to investor conferences, meet with sell side analysts to get coverage and meet with potential institutional investors, etc. If this isn't part of the strategy then moving to Nasdaq won't be of much help because the word wouldn't be getting out and funds/institutional investors will continue to not know we exist. Trust with sell-side is developed over time by hitting guidance. If we uplist and Nasrat continues to not give a forward look or guidance uplisting will be for naught. The stock would get hammered since the stock market is forward looking. There's a ton of potential with Nasdaq, I'm not sure our management team is of the caliber to handle what would come if they uplist to Nasdaq.

I personally think they will stay on OTC and get bought out from here without uplisting. I wish it were the other way. I just don't personally see it. 

Also, I wasn't the run to 90 cents prior to significant dilution? Thought that was the case during SequestOx run up.

Yes, about $1.7B at time of launch. I'm guessing it's now half of that primarily driven by our market capture at very low price points with good quality product. $1.7B was when there were already 10+ manufacturers and we come and swoop in at a discount, but crash the total market value of Adderall while doing so.

Nothing you say here will change anything EXCEPT TO DRIVE THE SP DOWN.

As a better way why don't you send the CEO of the company all of your thoughts and maybe he'll make the changes you suggest. Send to him in Northvale vis registered mail so you know he received it.

Lastly look at bngo had rs 3 times now to stay on NASDAQ, with eltp we would be rs into hyper revenue growth, hence a different outcome, remaining on otc, some of us will be dead before this hits 4 bucks. I've been aware of elite for a decade now, it ran to 90-cents about 12 years ago! Let that sink in! Elite can do better for us the shareholders, snup
