I'm just wondering if there are naked shorts out there.  The stock at a penny and the cost to borrow is 2.75 ish? I have no idea about this stuff.  I do understand the business Veemost is in so I'm good with the fundamentals especially since the revenue is coming back.  But it's stuff like I shared and the idea that a slap gets filled below and I've also seen trades marked as sells but the pps is also marked higher?? OTC is crazy to understand.  Imo

I'm not usually a tech guy with this Name and OTC in general, but we just closed over Resistance on the 1 hr chart. Will it mean anything? I hope so!!! I day-trade 5-10 trades daily, and if a chart breaks through the hourly, we break it down and swing it..., so not a day-trade but a multi-day trade! Lets see!!!I'll be buying in the morning as long as trend holds.

Why would a Broker, Fidelity only let you buy 5000 shares or less at a time but they can let you sell unlimited shares in one order? LOL

Good info. I don't think the 1.3 million shares will make a giant difference, but hopefully they have to cover over .015 and it pushes to .02s

The only thing I see in your charts was the volume as the share price dropped last week. For the life of me, I'll never understand how penny stock people can be so freakin' optimistic, while at the same time buying before anything is conclusive....unless you're looking to pump and dump, why buy if you think a big rally is eminent?

Indeed they have turned the corner. Thanks to  the board members who did all that DD last week following the Q.  The new website for e-commerce looks great. The SAM thing is very encouraging all this demonstrates that it's not Melvin lol but Melvin the real deal

So thankful for the 00's last week, helped my average cost a little (really should have bought more). Will be buying more in the .01's once funds settle tomorrow. Really looking fwd to the next few months. I thought the Q was awesome. Showed that they are turning corner!!!

I'm really looking forward to this upcoming week of trading.  The expected catalysts are starting to come to light.   What if we hit .03-.05 by end of December?  Now that would be a Christmas to remember!

HVAC explained this months ago . Many traders here originally were thinking short term gratification, oops wrong stock for that thought process. No dilution is a major plus and their is enough verification information to support the stock price . Still have another quarter to add more revenue and then a 10-K to explain everything that has transpired this year .  Actually this last Q was very informative. Melvin specifically stated on line store is a must have to move towards the goal of Gold Cirtification with CSCO . Beta test then store will be ready for start of 2025 .

What's going on with the ask?  It going from .197 to .20 !!  So I placed an order for .197 15 minutes ago and it still has not been filled.

I believe that when the reverse merger was consummated "on or about" February 21, 2023, the surviving entity, Global Developments Holdings, Inc., inherited revenue from VeeMost Technologies, LTD.

Until recently, the surviving entity was unable to generate new revenue because it did not have tax accounts. Nor was it able to bid on Federal contracts because it did not have a SAM.gov account. By the way, the latter is dependent on the former.

So, for the past 1 1/2 years, revenues wound down to 0. Living on the fortunes of the past, so to speak. Perhaps an M&A learning curve was at play.

But that all changed in our last "Q!"

From the June 30, 2024 "Q:"

"The Company had a slowdown in revenue due to some of the major contracts being on hold due to getting tax
accounts and other government accounts switched over to the new entity."

From the September 30, 2024 "Q:"

"As all our tax issues have been worked out, VeeMost has been able to complete its profile on SAM.GOV and
will begin to actively participate in government bids. We will continue to grow our erate side of the business."

My guess is that the $1 Million revenue recognized in the last quarter is NEW revenue, unlocked by the new tax accounts that are finally in place, and just the first installment of more revenue to come.

Also, I would expect bidding on new Federal contracts to commence in earnest!

It's looking good for 2025! IMO 🚀
