LOOK AT THESE SHARES, THEY SHORTED EVERYTHING DOWN, PLAYED DOWN AND MADE DILU AND THEN AGAIN RS AND STARTED AGAIN WITH SHORT AND DILU AND AGAIN RS AND NOBODY IS keen on that AND SOME OF THE INCREASES ON THE NASDAQ ARE NOW ONLY MINUTES A TIME IT JUMPS UP AND 10 MINUTES LATER IT'S IN THE RED AND WHO WANTS THAT AND MORE AND MORE PEOPLE GET TO KNOW THAT AND FOR THIS REASON OTC IS BEING EARLIER OR START AGAIN LATER, I HOPE FROM 2025 OR EVEN NOW

Well, if you do a little research and Google the amount of OTC shells up for sale to potential private companies wanting to go public, it's an over-saturated market. There simply aren't many companies that want to take this route now. Hence, the 100s or 1000s of shells not selling.
The only reasonable conclusion one can make from GS's failure to find a deal for any of his shells is that there is NO interest from any remotely legitimate company in being a part of a RM/acquisition with GS.

3.5 years I'm seeing OTC stocks being dead. Just recently I'm seeing stocks moving up all across the board. Sharp needs to take note of this and get his catalysts lined up. OTC at a turning point now as more volumes come in.

Time to be realistic - GS badly messed up GVSI and there is never going to be interest here. Maybe if he can ever finish the litigation on WNFT he can find some company to work with. The real puzzle is SRNW; there have been no real issues there and it's been ready for quite awhile - yet no RM/Acquisition. At this point, how can you not question GS's business acumen and simply view HMBL as his "lucky break" (to quote Paul; McCartney).

Yes, it's PENNY SEASON for sure - OTCs starting to get RED HOT - George's lame excuse that the OTC is dead and people don't want to trade in this market is starting to look lame. I agree that for the past 9 months, OTC have been dead, but this is changing fast now. Hoping to hear something positive from our CEO about his shells... soon!

If that can get a CE gone, then this can definitely get a Name Change. Waiting for GS to get off his lazy ass and do something here. Reloaded at rock bottom.

Every one of George's shells have issues. George himself has SEC and FINRA issues based on the filings he could not get through. and had to withdraw.

GVSI is not a clean shell. SRNW is clean.

Sharp stated that it would be mid 2025 or the beginning of 2026 before the Form 10 is deemed effective - but it has been over 3 years since Sharp withdrew the Form 10.

There is absolutely no reason to believe that the SEC will change their mind on GVSI.

Yes, I also suspect that sooner or later GS will do something with $FORW and $GVSI and maybe $GVSI and $FORW were deliberately played down to 0.002 and 0.006 to collect again and if a tweet comes from GS or any update or news, then you should already be in beforehand, because then it could explode upwards very quickly with this small structure and in the current oversold situation and especially if you know how high his shares have always gone

Once i saw the pump then house purchase near the racetrack correlation last time around I can’t unsee that. I don’t know how anyone could trust this guy again. If he pumps it and you can get your money out I would take it and run before he takes it and runs.

He got his ass kicked all over the place yesterday. His horse in the big stakes race was a total embarrassment coming in last.
He did have three races where he got a few coins but lost his shirt for the day based on fees and other expenses like jockey and trainer fees.

OTC Wiz 101 - How-to-run-your-OTC-stock-into-the-ground. Just ignore your shareholders and bash other OTC CEOs for the losses their shareholders are taking. Don't issue any updates for months or years and tell your shareholders you don't care. Sure formula for successful bashing your own stock into oblivion.
