LONDON--Asia-focused diversified business Jardine Matheson
Holdings Ltd (JAR.LN) Friday reported a lower profit for the half
year ended June 30 and said that its businesses are facing
uncertain and difficult markets, but expects to maintain
performance over the full year.

-Underlying profit attributable to shareholders $714 million
(2011: $725 million)

billion)

-Interim Dividend per share 35 cents (2011: 33 cents)
