On September 14, 2023, Jeffrey A. Dritley notified KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a member of the Company’s board of directors effective as of December 31, 2023. The decision of Mr. Dritley to resign as a member of the board of the Company was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
