We’ve been around the mulberry bush on this point 100 times — naked shorting can and is hidden from regulators on the OTC, leading to the factual/ actual cellar boxing which you deny exists. Unfortunately for the hedgies on this ticker, not enough nails in the coffin to hold $KEGS down. Of course that is the risk with short selling, that a company survives and comes roaring back. The 1812 Brewing Co. is established with increasing distribution of its product and two waterfront venues. Increased cash flow will allow the company to execute its business plan of acquiring other venues, which of course will increase sales even further.

First you talk about a nonexistent beer using your fave conspiracy theory, Now you’re suggesting a “buy back”, then end it with your typical nonsensical fiction. FYI, For some reason, dupes consider the announcement of a share buyback programs to be signs of authenticity of the insiders' intentions.  Insiders will announce these programs part and parcel with a pump and dump scheme.... similar to the failed P&D we all saw this week.

Note: Share buyback programs are usually announced with caveats such, "at the discretion of the board" and "from time to time", meaning they might buy stock when they want, at the price they want and as many shares as they feel like.  

The important part - There has yet to be a significant buyback program carried out on the sub-penny stock market. It’s humorous that you bring it up, boscolives21, Scozzafava can’t even carry out a RS in 3+ months, that was the most inept performance I have seen for many a year.
