If there are any insiders with unrestricted shares, they will likely start unloading. There’s no upside to holding imo. If the company didn’t need to dilute soon, they wouldn’t have reverse split. Taking profits and buying back shares in this “gem” would have been a good course but no, the f’ed all their shareholders. This is garbage and the pps will continue to decline as the company wasn’t interested in buying stock pre split.

The bid is weak. It will be in the high .01’s tomorrow is my guess. The company hasn’t announced anything in months and after the reverse, the A/S remains at 20 bil. I’m guessing there is debt waiting to convert and at no bid, the holders demanded a reverse take place. They can’t get paid back without a bid. The company can’t raise funds at no bid. Dilution is imminent imo.
