What ever the latest scheme is the goal is how to get those new shares into the market. There is no other reason why a company like this is so obsessed with promoting the stock. They may use the buy back scheme to walk this up and convince people to hold but they aren't about to cancel that $1.5 million reg a offering or cancel the agreements to convert $1 million in performance bonuses for these Mexedia managers.

The CFO did say, during the NYSE floor interview, that there were some conversations about or with a couple prospects.
That and a sneak peek at April revenue, which I think is probably close to $30 million and we're off to the races.
The company still has plenty of money, in the buy back program, to keep the buying momentum going.

Yeah, um... you did see the Q1 filing right? 😄 More revenue means higher losses. They are promoting much higher revenue that they actually reported and what profit do you see with a nearly $2 million net loss as stated on the statements of cash flows? Look at the cash flows when you really want to know what is going on. The only positive cash flow is coming from selling and promoting the stock and financing. These new managers have added more than 3.6 million shares to the float since they took control in October.

No, this is a relatively low volume affair and it hasn't cost them much to buy it up. They will need a he77 of a lot more than that to move the new shares. People are just watching to see how far the company will buy it up with that share buy back program. In my opinion that buy back scheme is just cover for manipulation. Notice that they opted for manipulation rather than canceling that newly qualified $1.5 million reg A offering or their notes for $1 million in performance bonuses that convert at a 25% discount to market. The heavy promotion of the past several weeks has allowed this to consolidate at 9. They are working the plan. The real entertainment comes when they pull the rug on everyone. 😆 They can take in a nice sum selling this back down before the split.

Well, how about this. 😆Never thought that they could sell those reg A shares priced at $0.001 but maybe they can. I didn't consider that they would come out with a share buyback program to buy it up to sell the new shares. He77, maybe that will work. I guess 8 billion shares outstanding afterwards is a good thing. Maybe these Mexedia managers are selling their $1 million in bonus shares. That would be awesome. 🤭What would even be more awesome would be a short seller taking advantage here. Sadly it isn't easy or cheap shorting these share selling schemes which only helps to enable them.

They have more than $1.2 million in the rewritten notes filed along with the March 3rd amended reg a filing. The $1,050,000 principle amount of the bonuses written last November have vested with the others eligible soon according to the 180 day language of the new notes. There are two other notes for the Newlan Law Firm totaling $100K written July 15, 2024 which also converts at a 25% discount to market. I see 94.5 million shares issued as restricted dated November 26, 2025. That is just what I can find. A real smorgasbord of possibilities for the activity we are seeing.
