It is time to start talking to attorneys. We have an obligation to do this or at least to warn every retail investor that these startups can voluntarily delist and then sell-out to a private company with no public accounting. People need to know that public companies can get away with that. First thing to do is to make a list of Law Firms that have successfully sued in similar cases in the past. Then we start putting together the history. This should include the enormous number of shares traded in an instant at 4 cents right before the company disappeared off the radar. Retail was not holding a large percentage of the OS, so to cheat them completely at that stage was something that we should not tolerate. We will soon be approaching the 1 year anniversary of those events. I read that we have 2 years, but I would not count on that. The Breakthrough Device designation for BTTX's MASH product, and the product itself, were very valuable. We don't know just how valuable. We need to find out. We also need to know what happened with that European sales contract for the T2 Diabetes product. These are the kinds of things that would be discussed in a bankruptcy hearing. We never had our day in court. They are making us move on this. So let's move, and let's PR this along the way.

Global economy in a global wait and see attitude. There's simply no stability, turbulence at every corner. The market wants to rally but AI can't solve everything. The world can't even decide if it wants to mine trillions in seabed nodules of lithium manganese copper because of sea dust, what a joke! Markets don't like controversy just a steady supply of good earnings. That stability will resume after October elections is my bead on it... We're in the same tippy boat up here, political upheaval just not helping.
