On May 23, 2012, Princeton National Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the resignation of Todd D. Fanning, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company and Citizens First National Bank, effective June 15, 2012.
