What's not clear is which came first, the CEO designation or Morales's bio. I would expect the latter since I saw it long ago. Designating him as CEO is new.

The company actually has a password to access their OTC Market page to enter information. OTC Market personnel doesn't decide who is put in as CEO. Is it a mistake? Possibly. But it would be Kate's mistake. Somebody could notify her of it and see if it is a mistake. Or not. If I were more curious, I'd contact her. But I'm not.

Seems pretty clear...

Unless I'm reading it wrong, Carlos Mora is the COO. Kate is still the CEO.

Aren't you surprised the company puts in a new CEO and you only know about it because someone happened to see his name on the company profile page of OTC Markets?

Meanwhile, there's no update on the news Kate announced, nor have any financials been submitted. Not the ones that are late, nor the one that's due today. No Late Notice posted, either.

Heading for a one year low on volume and with the company being on "the brink of an exciting opportunity" and with "sales coming soon". Not what one would expect or hope for. And then, on top of all that goodness, there's a new CEO?

A month is a long time to be on a brink. Lose your balance and ........ 💥

Shareholders have gotten used to Kate constantly tweeting out one thing or another about orders and meetings and such. But now she's gone silent after mentioning a big acquisition. Then, there's the whole "We're gonna post financials ASAP" thing.

So, will the sp maintain $.0005 during this self-imposed quiet period?

I really hope Kate pulls it off this time. I own a decent amount of shares(around 5 million). Not as much as people that bought in at low trip prices. In no way do I think I'll become a millionaire from QEDN. I'm just trying to make 5 to 10 thousand off my investment. Which is reasonable. But if this latest tweet about a possible deal with an 8 figure company turns into another weird thing where she buys a movie theater. How does one deal with that level of insanity....

QEDN well we got some volume ask slapping today

I don't like the way volume today was around the amount of unrestricted shares that freed up from a couple days ago. I'm guessing the company Kate is working with is Grupo Nutresa. It's almost certainly not NESTLE.

I wonder how many more updates Kate is going to give out before shareholders actually know something. This could go on for the rest of the year.

Yes. This kind of "news" does nothing for a stock, especially when there's a track record of unfilled promises. And of course the complete lack of details doesn't help. You have to wonder how, or if, it plays into sacha inchi. For all shareholders know, she could be looking at going in a whole other direction.

People are on pins and needles waiting for the update. 🙄

And as you can see. The news is not moving the stock price. People are still having flashbacks to Trillium Pictures

She's not saying much of anything, really. And how much more will she say later this week that she couldn't have said in her tweet yesterday? And what if there's no more info divulged by Friday? And what if nothing comes of this deal?

Still waiting for Q2 financials to be posted.

I just saw that. Kate does use the word IF. And she not saying if it's NESTLE.

If and when the deal will go through

Heaven forbid she should wait until the deal closes to announce it. And of course, shareholders are waiting with bated breath to find out what the deal is. But they have to wait to learn more. Why?

Yes, that's the point I've been trying to make and get Kate to acknowledge.

Q1 showed $11,000 in revenue from something. I can't recall if it was ever identified. It was a long time ago, after all.

Shipping product doesn't necessarily mean it came from a purchase order. It could just be a company wanting to see a sample of her product. I would not expect much.

Was she talking about the overdue Q2 report or the Q3 which is also due next week? Or both?

She's been tweeting that she's been shipping product since the summer. It'll be interesting to see what the financials show on that score.

Kate told me she is shipping product and that the financials would be out next week.

The silence speaks volumes. Not just from the lack of tweets but the lack of financial reports.

And no one seems to have taken the time to contact Kate to ask what's going on.

Maybe this is it for QEDN. Maybe Kate is dealing with a health or family issue. I'm surprised the price hasn't fallen off to low trips. Maybe there's not even enough volume to sell one's shares...
It was a sweet ride Kate. I'll miss the dog videos she would release over the weekend sometimes. I mean, who's not going to miss the photos of the FEDEX labels with the NESTLE address on them. Or the meetings with Target, Walmart, etc....

It's been a week now since the last notice that she's trying to get the last financial report posted to OTC Markets. Maybe she should tweet what the holdup is.

It's been over a month (August 19) since the first attempt was made.

The anticipation of merely posting a much-delayed financial report to OTC Markets, again, shouldn't be reason to buy this ticker. And there'll be nothing in it to warrant a buy, either.

QEDN Probably the same group who bought at .0007-.0008 and ran this to .0012-.0014 and then dumped a while back.

Big buys on 7s today, anyone know what's going on? Maybe Q2 coming soon?
