Resources, Inc. (OTCQB:RBYC), a gold exploration and mining company
with operations in Tanzania, is
pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Jim
Richmond to the Company's Advisory Board.
Jim has over 25 years' experience as a field geologist. He
started his career as an exploration geologist and mining engineer
with Viceroy Resources. Jim assisted in the engineering,
planning and design of the 63 million ton Castle Mountain open pit
mine where he was responsible for recognition of coarse native gold
in Castle Mountain deposits. He conducted geo-statistical
analysis of Lesley Ann, Jumbo and
Jumbo South deposits. Jim supervised field activities for an
exploration program that utilized four conventional air
blast-rotary, reverse-circulation and diamond/core drill
rigs. He was responsible for the construction and reclamation
of drill sites in rugged terrain. Jim produced procedures and
standards for the geological and geotechnical logging of 335,000
feet of drilling. He supervised field activities of several
geologists conducting numerous geochemical and geotechnical
investigations.
Jim has been involved for 35 years as co-owner and past operator
of Rich-Master Mines on placer gold
claims in a Wilderness Area of Northern California. He has
worked as a consulting geologist for Magoon Estate Ltd. He
conducted mapping and a geochemical survey to explore mineral
potential on the 23,000 acre Guenoc Ranch located in Lake County,
CA. Additionally he conducted a water exploration
program on the Guenoc Ranch as a part of his academic
research. More recently Jim has served as a consulting
geologist for Rye Patch Gold.
Jim has a Masters in Geosciences Hydrology/Hydrogeology and a
Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from California State
University. He is a member of the American Institute of
Professional Geologists, Society of Economics Geologists and
SME-Society of Mining Engineers. Jim has co-authored and
presented numerous professional papers on a variety of geologic
topics including impacts of sand and gravel mining.
