The value in the underlying RNVA parented businesses is still there after you subtract all the charges related to the FOXO deal. Myrtle took three quarters longer to hit breakeven than I hoped, but not a huge problem. I assume the FOXO Labs administrative costs will come back in line in future earnings reports. FOXO Labs is the speculative part. The uncertainty at the federal level is a new risk factor.

Lagan's equity is in RNVA, not FOXO. RNVA owns controlling interest in FOXO with Sabby holding the rest in a significant minority of Series A preferred shares. That gives me hope that RNVA stock warrants are being satisfied through this process. Short of a full merger, I would like to at least see RNVA pink and current as a holding company. Worst case, we cash in when Lagan cashes in, so I concur with your assessment.
