I do not believe FOXO absorbed RNVA liabilities ( debts) with it's asset purchases, including the lawsuit settlement liability debt we are waiting to hear about.

RNVA ( retail ) shareholders own stock being held hostage on EM tier. No RNVA subsidiary merge, I believe could ever be considered to parent FOXO NYSE AMEX, until RNVA financials were in proper order due to compliance obligations.

Spinning RNVA off into that would be a decent move change the ticker and reduce the SS. There is no liability left in RNVA FOXO absorbed that... it's technically a clean shell.

Not to mention Lagan is the CEO and will do whats best for both

RNVA shareholders own an overwhelming majority of the equity in FOXO. The original FOXO (now FOXO Labs) is one subsidiary. We don't know yet if the aim is for FOXO Labs to be a publicly traded company.
