Speaking of Groundhog Day, this gem of…….

a thread on Groundhog Day 2012 really showed off your salvage law knowledge, or lack thereof.

Off the Spanish coast.
Navy vessel sunk in naval battle.

These two characteristics make this treasure totally different from the Seafarer treasure. So none of this article applies to Seafarer.

Of course it was followed up with this the following day with this masterpiece.

Naval vessels located in international waters are legally different. All cases brought by Spain to claim rights for treasure found on coasts of Florida were won by the salvage companies that found them.

Mel Fisher spent a lot of time in court because of the deep water international water treasure he sought.

It's not guessing, it's the law and history.

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=71670049

What wreck in Florida waters did Spain make a legal claim to?

Take your time.

Since SFRX still deals with Florida why not challenge the state’s claim to shipwrecks? There is precedent.

Fourth Circuit Declares Spain as Owner
Under the Abandoned Shipwreck Act of 1987 (ASA), a state acquires title to all abandoned vessels embedded within its submerged lands. In defining the term abandoned, the ASA merely provides that abandonment occurs the moment an owner relinquishes its rights to a sunken vessel. On appeal to the Fourth Circuit, Virginia and Sea Hunt argued that the ASA's definition of abandonment should permit a court to imply abandonment where a sovereign fails to declare its ownership in a timely manner. The Fourth Circuit disagreed, holding that, as under admiralty law, a sovereign owner appearing before a court to assert its ownership to a shipwreck retains title to the vessel unless an express and affirmative declaration of abandonment is proven.

The first treasure up will be just that — the FIRST. There will be many more wrecks after the first and they will all yield treasure. This stock is going to multiple dollars.

Is this something you made up or doesn't.......

it proves the device doesn't work?

Why would they be diving and digging on anything other than targets the device gave them?

The underwater jackhammer is working great and they are almost through the toredo crust. It was almost 2 foot thick believe it or not. So it's been a chore, but worse is the driving days have been slim.

The divers are working whenever they can and as much as they can. It's all being filmed and documented so eventually you will understand how difficult this area is. For now I would say we are 90 percent there and only need a couple of more diving days. So just have a little more patience.

I wont be on here to comment but I will be back to gloat and accept my winning congratulations from you know who....

In the months leading up to the permit.......

being issued, folks were saying SFRX would not have waited 2 years on getting the permit if they didn't already know treasure was there.

The JBAS is a dud but never underestimate the hot air balloon.

Generally, it starts with some wash trading and if KK just happens to say he's excited, then you never know.

$$$ It was on this day $$$$…….

that this was posted 12 years ago(emphasis added).

Here is what investors should expect from Seafarer:

Treasure from Lantana leads to treasure from Juno leads to permit and treasure from third site. Then on to sites 4 and 5 and more treasure and more sites. Also, because of the increased attention and stock price, I would imagine the stock leaves the OTC and goes to another exchange. Because of the high number of shares for a small company, I would expect a reverse split at some point that is well placed so it does not affect pps in a negative way. Eventual world domination. Just makes sense and I only made up part of that. I'm just guessing but it all makes sense if you think about it.

This is not your typical penny stock.

Appears they were going for a dollar amount. About $35k in shares. As the price went up, the quantity went down. 2M shares left at .0044 as of Friday.

Seems fairly patient as they let the price sit for a day before raising through the week.

Looks like they are expecting tonnage, not trinkets.

Will see if they were on to something shortly.

If the worm poop hid treasure, how did…….

Sean and Judd “allegedly” know it was there?

It’s hidden, right?

The Ad Agency claimed Sean knew treasure was there (see my earlier post today) and the company suggested Judd had them working in the wrong place.

The Ad Agency picked up on that narrative and suggested it was because Judd wanted the treasure all to himself, even though he had no means to salvage it. Same with Sean.

How did a senile old man and a mentality deranged individual “allegedly” know what Sir Robert Marx did not know, which is (ahem) treasure is there?

It’s rhetorical.

It should have been the day about……

14 years ago according to these two Ad Agency members.

SFRX had been waiting on the permit for Juno from the state (that they really didn’t need) but a big obstacle was from their former captain that was interfering with the permit process.

“Allegedly” he knew treasure was there and he wanted it all for himself.

A few years later they were saying the same thing about Judd.

I stand by what I have said before. It is public record that the ex-captain tried vigorously to keep Seafarer from obtaining the Juno permit. There can only be one reason why he did not want them getting it and that's because as a diver on the site he believed there's treasure there.

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=58652302

That's a good point NOAD. I thought about that, too. He doesn't want them to get to it so he can.
