After all these years is there something you can tell us about the future of Tristar?

Is the acquisition of the hospitality company towards the 4th Q of 2024 still a reality?

Nice to see some movement but that should be just for starters. Still no confirmation of a new direction, but hopeful.
Expecting something of value by the end of March.

With hindsight I may have been too harsh in my evaluation of the company.

I have been informed from a reasonable reliable source that the company is in fact still actively at work to change course, for the better, I hope.

Therefore, if true not all is lost.

Suggest shareholders keep checking during the 1stQ.

the way this stock is behaving and based on the predictions that were made in the past (hospitality merger etc.) it is turning out to be a scam in development.

All the BS since their Singapore operations etc. are, it seems, fabrications and ineptitude.to make this an operational company.

Seems this is another non-performing stock. After all this time I thought they would surprise us but nada. Write-off.

I have marked this one a write-off unless proven wrong.

The way this has played out not sure we will have news before the end of the year, if at all.
I really thought they were on a fast track but what to do?

About time this company starts performing! With a 2mil float, we can expect some real movement.

Warning! TAGP, doing pump and dump AGAIN.
It was suspended for trading 2 years again with Pump and dump and got CE. Then, the issued himself 159 Million free new shares, now starting another Pump and dump Scam!

O/S increased to 189 Million shares from 15 m. A/S: 1.8 Billion shares!

Well would you believe it but the stock traded today!

Not sure about that but this is one of those cases where they are climbing a challenging mountain and after a long time they are within a few meters from the top and then everything comes to a standstill......(and nobody knows why)

All very frustrating.

Hey Tristar, what is so difficult to tell us what the score is?

Revised filings, new attorney letter, etc. but the deafening response from OTC Markets/SEC, I just don't get it I guess...

I notice a new and revised attorney letter has been issued. Seems the previous one was incomplete and is now updated.

I am not a legal eagle but I notice that throughout the letter the attorney uses "I" and "I am" except in the 2nd paragraph he uses "We" once.

I wonder if that is technically incorrect and the reason for another letter/correction.

I hope not.

adijas, do I read the filings correctly, namely that there are only 5 registered shareholders on record, so you and me and 3 other guys/girls? ha ha

Just cannot understand the arrogance and absolute disconnect this company shows when it comes to answering a simple question from shareholders. Why become a public company in the first place, stay private then you don't have to deal with shareholders.

They need to file disclosure and attorney letter.

Nothing seems to be forthcoming. Do you have any idea as to what could be the holdup to become compliant?

I guess there must be a major issue(s) involved to get this company compliant. The "Pirates" seem to be in full control and cannot think what can be so difficult to get the sign removed.

Worst of all, the company themselves seem to have gone dark.

Why? Are there any beneficiaries to all this or have we all backed the wrong horse?

Saw that, they made $267k net profit. Ik think they need another disclosure filing and attorney letter, and then hopefully the CE can be removed.

We should be close now, I think malda was a bit optimistic in his time prediction. However other companies also have delays to become compliant but TAGP for some reason takes forever!

But with what we know so far and a 2mil float it should be well worth the wait.

I cannot wait to get into the complete history of one Michael Dobbins.

Should be fun!
