Looking around Foremans website, but can't see anything new on it. All older stuff. Last fight mentioned was the "Rumble in Humble", which was back in May 2024. If he is doing anything, he hasn't listed it on the website yet. I think he likes his Vume hat because it matches his purple shirt. He wanted to look good for the Super Bowl. :) :)

We need something that will move the share price. Bread crumbs won't do it. We need Steak and eggs. Come on ST3, its 2025 now, and we are still waiting to see all those "Big Deals to the company" you keep talking about. Hard to expect much out of him based on his performance the last few years, but I am still here.....waiting patiently for that next elusive update.

I don't disagree with the windows thing.  He def missed every one he had mentioned.  Like I said and maybe it's in agreement with you, if the app is that good it should be able to be funded.  

But this isn't to compete with any Asian developed app.   There is also a reason why the apps developed in Asia haven't really ported to the US.  There's a whole bunch of laws regarding privacy and how data is handled and shared.  I for one would like to understand how Vume touted to share internally all this data is allowed to be shared if some other app in another country can't operate in US.   I mean on a positive note, does IOs and Android share this info internally on their phone (not between apps but to android and iOS ).  There may be correlation.  And this is why you get served advertisements across all their apps.  Maybe that's what gonna happen with Vume.  Not sure.  But I hear ya.  It is weird they can't get some initial funding of the app is really ready to go.  

My therory is the debt has soenbtogn to do with it.  But not sure.  

We've been speculating for so long. I don't know what to think.  But it is true.  ST3 can't hit any of his dates.  Nor has he shown value.  The vume ppv app at least was pushed out ther.  But it was abysmal.   But they tried.  It had nothing to do with the vume app though.  Totally developed on another platform.  But maybe they were trying to get a little momentum.  

Meh.  Who knows.  I hear ya.  But I'm not selling. And there's always a 'chance' of something.   Oh well.

The thing is they probably only need a little money getting this going and released to show they can get users.   It would also be interesting to hear any results or user feedback from their two year beta testing.  

I think we found the pitch deck so long ago.  Not sure why they can't get some funding with milestones to gate financing chunks.   IMO 

This so called amazing app pending for 2 years and cant find funds to execute tells me only 1 thing … nobody is interested .. and why? Djeee over that period of time there are even better app’s created in asia etc … just way to late … and AGAIN ! This app will never be launched!! Not being pesimistic.. But hey c’mon … Lets face the facts here! ST3 is a champion missing Windows

Thanks lambo.  Wish they knew hot to pitch.  If the app is that good, I'm surprised they could get some funding.  It's the weight of the dilution imo.  But who knows.   

Let's hope they have one more rabbit in the hat to get this out there.  

Selling the app would just leave them as a shell I guess.  Or significantly reduce any value here.   

spoke with a poster on another board who claims to have had the opportunity to demo VuMe as a business owner / potential investor. they said that the app is legit, everything they claim about it being a one stop shop is true but they need to come up with the financing or possibly consider selling the app

The only way they can minimize dilution is if the SP increases before they do the equity placement.  Higher SP... fewer commons needed to get the $3 million.
