These guys are putting it on their own eSIM network.  There will be a lot more involved with this app.

To me it feels like accuses from the company bc what their doing with the app isn't so new.. Just look at how many others are out with their features... plus those companies do updates all the time adding more tech experiences..

They don't care.  They are trying to get their shizzle done 
The app is in beta and I'm assuming they are busy trying to work out bugs but more so generate the links to content and content opportunity.  
They have the aggregated sample radio station list
They need to get their payment system / crypto wallet integrated. 
They have a few pod casts coming up that may generate some activity. 
Roy Forman has some matches coming up but he just lost George his brother 
Concerts hopefully. 
Hillmantok integration / setup. 
I'm sure a whole slew more.  I could care less if they read this forum.  I want them to get their shiZle done and start gaining a user base (and also get some non dilutive funding ). 

Seems like they are slow to market and fast to dilute... weird..

They need to cancel and stop all talks of FS and RS.. Straight idiots... Then they need to use the revs to clean up their own company debt.. Show the community public they mean business. Also they need to get out of this beta crap already if they keep adding new channels or whatever it is.. The management team appear unprofessional or not very experienced in operating a publicly traded business.

That could very much be the case.  Two canceled RS' over the past two years ... the equity raise raising that OS.  Albeit that may be better than toxic notes and loans ... it's still dilution. Oh well. 
They need some really good PR with meat (revenue, financing etc) to get this going.  Broken record.

Try having a couple brokers with sizeable bid sizes... Also depends on the broker you have as well.. some get priority compared to others..

It’s obvious the consistent closing price has a role in something significant. They always close it under .0002 but the most frequent daily price is .0002

With a 2000 share trade.  That to me is manipulation.  And it's not the 'they' that someone keeps yapping about.  

Interesting to close at .00015, it’s been .0001 almost every day for a long time

Totally agree Dub Dubs.  Some of us have been saying this for several years.  Any RS must be supported by real fundamental strength in the form of revenue generation, non dilutive funding etc.  Let's hope he's not planning on doing anything rash without some really good news supporting it. 

So hear me out ... and it's just my thoughts.  
The original RS then Forwars split to me was to get rid of the older stock.  So it woood reverse split everyone and only forward split those who bought say in the nearer time frame ?  
The reasoning for the low OS post RS would be to make room for the lots of shares that would be converted from the preferred shares (series A, B , C,D and so on.). The clauses for those preferred said mandatory conversion into commons at some discounted rate and would increase the Os post RS.  
So that 461k or 2 million post RS outstanding would quickly increase due to mandatory conversions of the preferred shares that were purchased.  
All imo.  And I was speculating on the effectively date on RS then FS.  That's the only reason I can think of as to appease newer investors if they bought commons recently or soon, allows for OS to rise again with mandatory conversion and reducing overall Os (from the pre RS levels) in a Nasdaq like uplist.  

At our current price, an RS would not be attractive for new or long-term shareholders. In fact, it would be very bad. Nothing I have seen so far has done anything to move the share price upward. We need real revenue that is stable, and allow the share price to move upward and then hold without immediately falling back down, before any kind of an RS is attempted. And it would be even worse if ST3 would try to reverse and then up list. In the position we are in right now, that would be disastrous.  We would lose a HUGE number of shares, and completely wipe out our earning power. And if there’s nothing there to hold up the share price, then it gets even worse. He needs to hold off on that RS until something major happens that has a positive and stabilizing effect on the share price.

Usually a RS is done to avoid bankruptcy or delisting tho. So if they RS in an effort to make it more attractive for new investors it could be better for us to have greater market perception?

In a perfect world a 1000:1 split that sees the price stabilize at 1000x would have no negative impact on shareholders. They proposed approximately RS of 21,678 as a maximum and 5,000 as a minimum after accounting for the 100:1 forward.

Let’s say there’s 10 billion commons. If they did the 5,000, there’d be a new structure of 2 million commons. If they did the 21,678, there’d be 461k commons.

Why would they need to slim the commons to 461k for market perception? I don’t see a solid reason as opposed to 2 million

It would be an 'effective' date. But typically the date is for older shares not newer.  That would allow attracting for new money / newer investments as no one would want to invest in a company that would RS them as soon as they invested in the company.   Speculation.  But that 'date' would not be beneficial to older investors imo.  

Wasn’t it tossed out there that there would be a cutoff date on the shares being split?
