IMO, his strategy is to drag the case as long as possible. Dragging the case affects Estrada financially (assuming he might get some payment at the end). For Alex, he is not gonna respond to the case any time soon. One reason is he is busy, secondly he knows it would hurt Mark financially.

Alex knows that he has lost his credibility! You don't even trust the Qs he publishes..lol. then, will you believe if he says there are two trailers? Will you trust his words?

He knows this very well. And his plan is not to talk for multiple Qs, and slowly build the trust by releasing better Qs. They are not shifting focus from H2O and cleaning oil like old days. Once he wins back the trust from a good chunk of investors, he will slowly start speaking more. So you won't hear anything for many months other than the Qs. If we are lucky, we might hear towards end of the year or early next year. until then, LET HIM COOK. and don't expect any pumps.

My two cent to the regular bulls/bears here: It is better to stay away from message boards and watching UATG L2 every minute. NOTHING IS GONNA HAPPEN HERE FOR MONTHS.

He really is hard to believe and the price reflects it. He made it sound like the machines got set up late previous q, hence $150k. By his own sentiment it should be over that, but since he doesn't clean up his legal trouble he probably can't say anything either way.

You have all the rights to be skeptical on Alex and UATG. The shady things company has done in the past justify all of it.

** I would take Qs seriously and not going to doubt them for the time being.
** I attribute Ossifix and Bacter-Scientific wrong doings to Mark. But I do believe Alex knew some stuff.
** For Hygieia, I have clarified it with Alex directly, they added a debt when they onboarded and they removed that debt when they went out.
** H2O, is not a smooth sailing AFAIK, there are many challenges especially with different types of oils impurities they are receiving and they are constantly improving the system. That is delaying scaling up quickly. This is a new system and it would take time to scale up. But the learning from initial systems will be applied to future systems and it would pay off in future. So the bank money is not the problem. And by the time they are good to make new units, they will have cash flow from existing units. So I am good with this as long as the current units are working 24/7.

I will believe when UATG will be current and see 5 trailers and more placed and in operation

he did not declare income from ossifix in the Q because at that time it was current now it is not, big difference even for the other subsidiaries, which just disappeared from the Q's without justification, big problem ahead for Alex is his shenanigans.

BUT, there is a huge difference in lying on Twitter/videos/releasing unrealistic future claim PRs and lying in a Quarterly financial statement. The second one can guarantee you legal action.

So we should take the Qs seriously and nothing else.. And for that exact reason I am happy he is keeping mute, and talking only through Qs. I have patience. And I don't think Q3 will be worse than Q2 no matter what.

Agree it would be low but I don't like when people like helpex/litar accuses of Alex being reporting fake revenue. If that is the case, there won't be any delay for reporting. It is taking longer to make sure every penny is counted for the release.

Every X post they claim to be on track with projections. My recent phone conversation with Alex suggested the same. We will just have to wait and see.

I have two guesses Either close to Q2 (200k-ish. ) This will be super sad and assuming the Q2 revs was from 3 months operation and the same will happen for Q3. Second one is between 500k to 1mil, Assuming In Q2, they worked only for 2 weeks.
