US Nuclear Corp. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2024. Additional time is needed for the Company to compile and analyze supporting documentation to complete the Form 10-K and to permit the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its audit of the consolidated financial statements included in the Form 10-K. The Company intends to file the Form 10-K as soon as possible.
