Did Ken mention the S-1 anywhere???? So the pumpers are now pumping of S-1?

S-1 is irrelevant in this case. Outdoorsman is already "public" under another company.  That company, CFSU, is not only publicly traded but it is tanking and pps of that company is going down as well.

Now, according to WDLF IR site, Ken stated both companies are now public. Nothing happened to share volume and share price so it appears it was a bust. Now some are kicking the can down the road and saying a company isn't public until other items develop. It will be interesting to see how long that is,. Will it be "SOON"? Will it be this year, next year, never?
Let see what other excuses arise due to the lack of share volume and price.

Ken has been talking about liquidity events year after year, still no fruition. I wouldn't hold my breathe waiting on KT.

Just seems the market isn't buying it. Stock remains at 52 week lows. Everything they bring up are LOI's none of which have come to fruition and everything is years out. Ken has not delivered. And the stock price shows it. .0002 can't be far away. Going public apparently means rolling up into an OTC shell. That was not what Jen has been trying to sell the past three years.

You would think the news yesterday would generate share volume, but it did the exact opposite. It decreased volume at almost 1.5M for the day. Don't think the "news" impressed most, it might have a couple people, but not impressed most savvy investors.

After reading the addendum that complete financial put out, my conclusion is that Ken considers the acquisition or stock exchange of both Outdoorsmen and LikeRe with complete financial to represent them going public since complete is an OTC shell company.l
and trades as sucks.  I don't think there will be any further "going public" event of either company as reported here. This is my opinion. But I am just reading between the lines here since Ken is so evasive in his corporate actions. He is just not very transparent at all.

did last time you made your claim.

To see the earning report, you will need to wait for the BS waiting period... well, I don't know when an OTC alt-reporting company doing the quiet period...

One should only expect results after a form S-1 is announced at the SEC. Go to the following
link and enter the company name such as "LikeRE" and search for an S-1 form for any of the TBI's
affiliated with WDLF and then kindly report back your results when you are successful.
