Lawyers at ZNOG write the PRs in such a way that is truthful, yet misleads. So it would be hard for the FBI to shut them down, and throw anyone in jail.
As for my claim that the PRs are truthful yet misleading, a case in point is their latest PR, which should have been absolutely devastating news to the stockholders (they destroyed the bottom half of the well where a little bit of oil was previously found), yet, the stockholders couldn't be happier.
Recently, they even told you the casing at MJ#1 was in very bad shape, and very hard to re-work. Probably bad shape due to 7 years of rusting steel casing exposed to the salt water aquafer's they drilled through. Damaged beyond repair? So much for the "re-completion".
So with them revealing everything to you, it's on you if you invest and lose. There is no recourse. All has been truthfully disclosed. In this world, senior management and staff are guiltless.
Just a few years ago, do you remember voting on an issue where stockholders can no longer sue individual officers of the company? You can only sue the company, you can't list the officers and senior management names separately on any lawsuit filed. The term eyes wide shut come to mind.

Googled some of the information From the update.
the necessary stimulation, well testing, and nitrogen equipment
In the context of fracking, "necessary stimulation, well testing, and nitrogen equipment" refers to the tools and processes used to increase the flow of oil and gas from a well by creating fractures in the rock formation through high-pressure fluid injection, which includes pre-fracking well testing to assess reservoir conditions, and sometimes utilizing nitrogen gas injection to further enhance fluid recovery after the fracking process is complete.
Key points about this aspect of fracking:
Stimulation:
This is the primary purpose of fracking, where a mixture of water, sand, and chemicals is pumped into the well under high pressure to create cracks in the rock formation, allowing trapped oil and gas to flow more readily.
Well Testing:
Before fracking, pressure tests are conducted to evaluate the reservoir characteristics and determine the optimal fracking parameters.
Nitrogen Equipment:
Nitrogen gas can be used in several ways during fracking, including:
Energized Fracking: Mixing nitrogen with the fracking fluid to increase its pressure and improve fracture propagation.
Nitrogen Lifting: Injecting nitrogen into a well after fracking to displace trapped liquids and improve production flow.
setting a bottom plug, and installing a swell plug, which is an essential step to isolate the targeted zone of interest. Once the plug has properly set, we will run in hole with the stimulation equipment, stimulate the zones, and initiate flowback operations.
This process describes the initial stage of a well stimulation operation where, by "setting a bottom plug" and "installing a swell plug," a specific section of the wellbore is isolated to be targeted for stimulation, allowing for focused treatment and preventing fluid from flowing into unwanted zones; once the plugs are set, stimulation equipment is lowered into the well to activate the targeted area, followed by the release of the stimulated fluids during "flowback operations.".
Key points:
Bottom plug:
A physical barrier placed at the bottom of the desired stimulation zone, acting as a seal to prevent fluid from flowing below that point.
Swell plug:
A special type of plug that expands when exposed to the downhole environment, creating a tight seal to isolate the zone of interest.
Stimulation equipment:
Tools used to induce fractures in the rock formation, typically involving high pressure fluid injections to enhance oil or gas production.
Flowback operations:
Once the stimulation is complete, the process of allowing the treated fluids and produced hydrocarbons to flow back to the surface.
Overall process:
1. Setting the bottom plug:
A bottom plug is lowered into the well and positioned at the desired depth, where it is then set to create a seal.
2. Installing the swell plug:
Above the bottom plug, a swell plug is deployed and positioned within the wellbore, allowing it to expand and firmly seal the targeted zone.
3. Stimulation phase:
After verifying the plugs are properly set, stimulation equipment is run into the well and used to stimulate the isolated zone.
4. Flowback:
Once stimulation is complete, the well is allowed to flow back, allowing the treated fluids and produced hydrocarbons to return to the surface.
Would an oil company go through the fracturing process unless they thought oil was there?
No, an oil company would not go through the trouble and expense of fracturing an oil well unless they had strong geological evidence and data indicating a significant likelihood of oil being present at that location; fracking is a costly process, so companies only undertake it when they believe there is a high chance of recovering a profitable amount of oil.

To iRisky, with respect, I reject your pomp. The Lord gives wisdom to those who ask without finding fault. I call you out. You've resorted to direct name calling. Humerous. But I say, and what I've said.. and conferred is to proceed with caution ..and pray. What I've said all along is "I can't put my finger on it" and have admitted so. I have not jostled or taunted anyone's take or choice. I am digging for truth. The H.S. gives discernment. I have been open to all opinions, have to, .. but not paying attention to insulators. That is expected on a stock forum. It's the nature of the beast. It is of no effect to me. Clearly you being offended and partial is on you. I see you like to provoke. Typical. Hearing/reading all info and sides with respect (AND CONSIDERING) is my preference. Just because they quote Scripture and drill in Israel, as I have said, does not necessarily mean they are who they appear. And I said, I hope they are. My previous posts convey... I hope I am wrong. You seem to know all and know Im wrong. How would that even be possible. Apparently you turn a deaf ear and a blind eye. You even insulted and berrated the feedback from the posters that explained what happened to them and the lies they were told and the money they lost. How do you know? I'm beginning to wonder who YOU really are. You refuse to remain open and respectful to others views and posts. Christians don't act or speak the way you have. I will be happy to find... that my reservations are unfounded and in joy. There is no sin in questioning, remaining open nor being cautious. They are the first stock company I have ever seen using Scripture. That is a serious display and they should expect 'some' will want to be sure and examine and be cautious. That's all. Have a godly dialogue with me or don't have one at all. You know, it's just like the devil to name call & deflect. If I appeared or offended anyone I will apologize now. I have no apology, however, for expressing my love for the Lord and Israel, nor investigating and observing others experiences with them. If they are speaking with a fork tongue God will expose them. ZNOG 'appears' to be perfect. I said I hope they are but you, iRisky, twisted my position and what I said. Did you know that's the same behavior, rhetoric and tactic someone else we know does. Daily we should consult the Lord to edify, correct us and take captive every thought. I would never bash another true brother or sister in Christ. What I have fo e is shed light on the possibility and responsibility to observe, cont DD, read other people's experiences and take into consideration. You completely trashed those posts validity because you don't WANT to believe they are true. You have that right. Others have the right to be cautious & consider all, including the undesired possibility.

🇮🇱 Zion Oil & Gas Update: January 30, 2025
January 30, 2025Zion Oil & Gas, Inc.No CommentsBlogs, Exploration Updates, News, Operations, Updates
January 30, 2025
Dear Zion Shareholders and Supporters,
We are pleased to bring you the latest update as we continue progressing toward the next critical phase of operations at our Megiddo-Jezreel #1 (MJ-01) well.
As we have previously shared, logistical and geopolitical challenges necessitated an operational pause at the wellsite over recent months. Thankfully, we are preparing to launch our targeted re-completion work on the MJ-01 well in Q1 as expected. Our rig crew is informed and scheduled to arrive in Israel in the latter part of February to commence rig startup procedures. This includes minor repairs and maintenance, as well as drilling out the temporary plug that has been sealing MJ-01 during the pause. Once this work is complete, the team will focus on preparing both the location and the wellbore for the upcoming recompletion operation.
While our crew carries out these preparations, the necessary stimulation, well testing, and nitrogen equipment will be transported from various locations in Europe to Israel. Based on current projections, we anticipate receiving this equipment on-site in March, subject to final availability and shipping schedules.
Following equipment arrival, our plan is to proceed with rigging up, setting a bottom plug, and installing a swell plug, which is an essential step to isolate the targeted zone of interest. Once the plug has properly set, we will run in hole with the stimulation equipment, stimulate the zones, and initiate flowback operations.
Flowback duration will depend on well response; if all key components come together as expected, we anticipate completing these operations in early Q2.
While there are always variables in an operation of this nature, our team remains optimistic about the timeline and continues working diligently to achieve success.
As always, we deeply appreciate your ongoing support and prayers. We remain steadfast in our mission and will continue to provide updates as we progress.
Warm regards,
Rob Dunn

Bullish
Hey all...JB here!!! Just want to say thank you to all of our buyers of this stock on the OTC. We have ZERO revenues, NO oil license to drill anywhere, a rig that is just sitting in storage rusting away and we pay inflated salaries that drains the cash you send us. It literally funnels from your bank accounts to our bank accounts. Even with all of these obstacles, you value our company at over $50 million dollars in the market. God is great isn't he? He allows us to perpetuate this pillaging of the shareholders day after day and year after year. Glory to the almighty, to the most high. Keep sending those checks my faithful little fleeced flock.

I am going to give you guys a tip. Take it or leave it. Inflation is sky rocketing but natural gas is at an all time low. The market has a few ETF'S that are natural gas stocks. I just bought some BOIL. I am thinking these stocks will triple at a minimum. It is worth putting a grand or two in natural gas. I am not trying to pump. I do not need to.

With no active project, I think it would be easy to fire 14 or 15 of the senior staff and board members, cancel the car leases, work five days a week, move into a smaller office, and just operate with 2 or 3 people. I know that would be rather Elon Muskish, but not many people understand how (or why) Zion Oil can spent $600,000 a month to keep an office open in Dallas.

Bearish
1.) 23 years of failure.
2.) 17 board members.
3.) Misinterpreted old testament scriptures.
4.) 80 yr old making $500k for putting out a handful of emails sprinkled with scripture each year.
5.) Never produced a penny in revenue.
6.) Spent hundreds of millions on salaries and a solitary rig worth $6M.
7.) Added 800M shares in 3 years.
8.) Diluting the shareholders to pay 17 board members who do literally nothing.
9.) Have 3 offices around the world.
This is a full fledged dilution scam.

While these posts are older, they are still food for thought. C.
