ArcelorMittal South Africa Ltd. (ACL.JO) said Wednesday the arbitration process to settle a pricing dispute for iron ore from the Sishen mine in South Africa is progressing.

MAIN FACTS:

- It said shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in its securities until a full announcement is made.

- In a statement July 22, ArcelorMittal SA said an interim pricing arrangement has been reached between it and Sishen Iron Ore Co.
