Notice of results for the year ended 31 August 2023

AB Dynamics plc ("AB Dynamics", the "Company" or the "Group"), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market, announces that it expects to publish its results for the year ended 31 August 2023 ("FY 2023") prior to the end of January 2024. This reflects a revised timetable to complete the Group's audit, requested by AB Dynamics' new auditors, Grant Thornton, in order to accommodate their logistical requirements.

The expected results for FY 2023 remain in line with the Board's guidance provided in the pre-close trading update of 28 September 2023 with strong growth in revenue and profit. Looking forward, momentum moving into the early part of the new financial year remains encouraging, with guidance for FY 2024 also unchanged.
