SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAMME
As announced earlier today in the Company's Preliminary Results
for the year ended 31 December 2012, the Company is today
initiating a three-year share repurchase programme of up to GBP1
billion. Such programme is to be carried out pursuant to and in
accordance with the authority conferred by the Company's
shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 2 May 2012 (and
any renewal or replacement thereof at any future shareholders'
general meeting).
