London, May 31, 2011 - Berkeley Technology Limited (In Liquidation) (BEK.L) (the "Company"), is an international venture capital consulting firm incorporated under the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands, with an office in San Francisco, California.

Today, the Company mailed checks for approximately US$0.02 for each share held, representing a last cash distribution from current assets (net of continuing wind-up expenses) to shareholders of record on May 31, 2011, as the Company proceeds with the final wind up of the Company. The Company can provide no assurance that there will be any further distributions. All remaining assets of the Company are being taken over by The Berkeley Technology Liquidating Trust.
