   Emblaze and Mobile 8 Sign Agreement to Launch Media Services in Indonesia
   Using the Emblaze solution, Indonesia's main CDMA telecom operator set to
                   revolutionize mobile media industry in Asia

Ra'anana, Israel, December 8, 2003: Further to its June announcement, Emblaze
Systems, an Emblaze Group company (LSE: BLZ), reveals that the $1 million
contract signed is with Mobile-8 Telecom, a telecom operator made up of a
consolidation of existing operators in Indonesia. Emblaze is to receive a
licensing fee for the initial implementation of its EMplatformTM product and
technologies, launched on Mobile-8's new CDMA 1xRTT network in Jakarta, and
thereafter on a nationwide scale.

Mobile-8 customers now have access to an on-demand portal, specially created by
Emblaze, enabling them to stream or download standard MPEG4 video content, as
well as to send animated greeting cards and video messaging. The 'killer
application' in the service package offered is live traffic monitoring services:
Emblaze and Mobile-8 together with a local agent, is deploying traffic
surveillance cameras around Jakarta, to broadcast live feed to the system and
supply real time traffic-monitoring services to its subscribers.

The service is primarily available on IPAQ devices and will be subsequently
rolled out to videophones and multimedia devices, as they are introduced.
Emblaze will also support non-video devices: users with colour screen and WAP
2.0 (not supporting video) will be able to receive a still image/slide show
dynamically taken out of the video clip together with its audio track.
