of the Issuer presently outstanding

(the "Noteholders" and the "Notes", respectively)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Deed of Appointment and Release dated 21(st) October 2019, it has been agreed to transfer the role of Irish Paying Agent under the Agency Agreement dated 10 November 2006 (the "Agreement") relating to the Issuer and the Notes from Deutsche International Corporate Services (Ireland) Limited (the "Transferor") to Apex Fund Services (Ireland) Limited (the "Transferee"). As a result, the Transferee will henceforth replace the Transferor as Irish Paying Agent under the Agreement.

The Note Trustee expresses no opinion as to the contents of this notice and makes no representation that all relevant information has been disclosed to the Noteholders herein.
