China Natural Resources recently agreed to acquire Williams Minerals, which operates a lithium mine in Zimbabwe, for a maximum consideration of US$1.75 billion. While there is no guarantee, the acquisition of Williams Minerals is expected to close in 2024. Williams Minerals is owned by China Natural Resources' controlling shareholder, Feishang Group Limited, and a non-affiliate, Top Pacific (China) Limited.

Need real retail buying to keep this ticker from crash and burn......only way to save nasdaq listing long term. Can do reverse split, but with float so small, just creates a new problem, can't keep printing shares and not expect trouble.

Back in the olden days, 2004, this puppy was trading at 16-20 bucks a share. Take your eyes from the board, and it jumped to 50. Then you'd have to wait for it to fall back to 9 and begin again. Upside was, this thing was like a clock
