Results of Annual General Meeting

At Casdon's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed, including the special resolution proposed to cancel trading of the Company's shares on AIM.

Accordingly, the cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM will become effective at 7.00am on 3 September 2014 and the last day of dealings in Ordinary Shares will be 2 September 2014.
