Result of General Meeting

Cancellation of admission to AIM of the Ordinary Shares and the Re-registration of the Company as a private limited company

The Board of China Gateway International PLC ("the Company") announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions were passed.

The last day of trading of the Company's Ordinary Shares will be Friday 13 April 2012, and cancellation of admission to trading on AIM will take effect from 07.00 am on 16 April 2012.
