                        Disposal of Calibration Division 
 
 
 
 
Castle Support Services plc ("Castle") is pleased to announce its trading 
subsidiary, Dowding & Mills (UK) Limited, has completed the sale of its 
calibration division to Trescal Limited for GBP6.5m in cash.  In the financial 
year to 30 June 2009, the calibration division had sales of GBP8.0m, a profit 
before tax of GBP0.6m and net assets at 30 June 2009 of GBP2.0m. 
 
The proceeds of the sale will be used to further the strategy of developing 
"Dowding & Mills" position as a market leader in the repair and maintenance of 
generators and motors, both organically and potentially by acquisition, in 
Europe, North America, Australasia, the Middle East and in other parts of the 
World where it is not currently located.
