Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons
discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons
closely associated with them
The Company announces that on 1(st) December 2021, the following
Executive Directors and PDMRs of the Company exercised options over
ordinary shares of 10p each in Company ("Shares") under the TClarke
plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2018 ("the Scheme") as
follows:

The options exercised under the Scheme were granted on 24(th)
October 2018 and were exercisable between 1(st) December 2021 and
31(st) May 2022.
