Stanley Gilbert, acquired Renaissance Entertainment Corporation (OTC:FAIR) ("Renaissance") on December 22, 2005 pursuant to the terms of an Agreement and Plan of Merger dated November 21, 2005. Shareholders of Renaissance are entitled to receive merger consideration in cash equal to $0.03 per share of Renaissance common stock.
